At SNDYS The Label, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to qualify for a successful return.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Receive Your Credit
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, a store credit voucher or exchange confirmation will be emailed to you within 5-7 business days.
